James Grant

James Grant is a true "general practitioner" in that he founded his practice on helping clients for most of their legal needs.  Jim's reputation for zealous representation has earned him the respect of his clients, peers and judges. They often refer new clients for his services.  Jim's practice includes criminal defense, personal injury, family law, civil litigation, real estate, estate planning, probate and more. Currently Jim is selectively handling legal matters, and focusing more on legal issues outside the courtroom, such as estate planning and probate.  Jim was recognized by his peers in being elected president of the prestigious Wisconsin Association of Trial Lawyers.  Jim is also very active in the Waupun community.  He is involved with the Waupun Booster Club, Waupun Gardening Club, and was one of the instrumental persons in helping to build the Waupun Skating Center.  He has been the past officer and/or member of many boards and charitable organizations in the area, including  Wild Wings, Inc., Waupun Memorial Hospital, The Christian Home, and many more.   Jim and his wife Karen reside in the country just outside Waupun on the Rock River.
